At Cinderella Eco Sales AS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home solutions; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure your return is initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging, then securely place it in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
